We provide recruitment and staffing services for driver positions across the United Kingdom. These terms apply to all users of our website and services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Services Description

We offer the following services:

• Temporary Driver Recruitment: Provision of temporary drivers for short-term staffing needs
• Permanent Driver Recruitment: Sourcing and placing permanent driver staff
• OnSite Recruitment & Workforce Management: Dedicated on-site management services

All services are provided on a professional basis subject to availability and candidate suitability.

3. Client Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are authorised to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your organisation
• Your organisation complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will use our services only for lawful purposes

4. Candidate Requirements & Vetting

All candidates supplied by NORTHERN SUPPLY SOLUTIONS LTD:

• Have undergone comprehensive background checks
• Have valid and verified driving licenses appropriate to the role
• Have been assessed for suitability and safety compliance
• Comply with all relevant driving regulations and safety standards
• Are covered by appropriate insurance for the positions offered

We cannot guarantee candidate performance or conduct once deployed. Clients remain responsible for workplace supervision and management.

5. Payment Terms

Invoicing & Payment:

• Invoices will be issued for services rendered
• Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate
• All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current rate

Pricing:

• Pricing is provided via quotation and is valid for 30 days
• Rates may be adjusted with 30 days written notice
• Volume discounts may be available subject to negotiation

6. Placement Guarantee (Permanent Roles)

For permanent placements, we offer the following guarantee:

• If a candidate leaves employment within 3 months, we will provide a suitable replacement at no additional charge
• This guarantee is limited to the initial placement fee only
• The guarantee does not apply if the client dismisses the employee for gross misconduct
• Guarantee claims must be made within 5 working days of the departure

7. Candidate Welfare & Rights

NORTHERN SUPPLY SOLUTIONS LTD is committed to protecting the rights of all candidates:

• All candidates are fairly compensated at or above the National Living Wage
• Candidates have the right to safe working conditions
• We comply with all employment legislation including the Employment Rights Act 1996
• Candidates retain the right to refuse unsafe work
• All candidates are covered by appropriate insurance during assignment

Clients must provide a safe working environment and comply with health and safety regulations.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Client Information:

• We treat all client information as confidential
• We do not share client details with third parties without consent
• Information is stored securely and accessed on a need-to-know basis

Data Protection:

• We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
• Personal data is processed lawfully and transparently
• Candidates have rights to access, rectify, and erase their personal data

9. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer:

• While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information on our website
• Services are provided "as is" without warranties or guarantees
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Candidate Performance:

• We cannot guarantee the performance, conduct, or reliability of any candidate
• Clients are responsible for proper supervision and management of all workers
• Clients should conduct their own safety assessments and training

Our Liability Cap:

• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for losses arising from client misuse of our services

10. Termination of Services

Termination by Client:

• Services may be terminated with 7 days written notice
• Clients remain liable for outstanding invoices and accrued charges

Termination by Company:

• We may terminate services with 14 days notice for any reason
• We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment

11. Prohibited Conduct

Clients agree NOT to:

• Directly employ candidates without our consent (within 12 months of placement)
• Discriminate against candidates on grounds of age, race, gender, disability, or religion
• Subject candidates to harassment, abuse, or unsafe conditions
• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Make false or misleading claims about candidates or services
• Attempt to circumvent our services or fees

Breach of these conditions may result in termination of services and potential legal action.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

• All website content, design, and materials are owned by NORTHERN SUPPLY SOLUTIONS LTD
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission
• Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action

13. Third Party Links
